The Science of Art Conservation - An Arts and Conservation Discourse

Chemisphere Lab Sciences, Inc. in cooperation with Bruker NanoAnalytics presents "The Science of Art Conservation: Exploring Mobile and Non-destructive Elemental Analysis Techniques for Conservation and Restoration of Artifacts"

The seminar, attended by professionals, museum curators, conservators and art restorers, was held at UST museum on September 2, 2019.

The talk presented Bruker's micro-XRF spectrometers, M4 Tornado, Elio and Crono, with applications on total analytical solution for Art conservation and Archaeology. 

Bruker Nano Analytics micro-XRF expect, Michele Gironda, hailing all the way from Italy, graces the event with his extensive background and experiences handling analysis of artifacts, cultural objects, art pieces for its preservation and conservation through analytical instrumentation using micro-XRF technology. 

It was an exquisite gathering featuring the beauty of science in art.
